I simply had to send you an email in regards to my experience at your Winter Park store. From the first minute I stepped through the door, your girls went above and beyond to make me feel valued, appreciated, and downright special. After shopping at other bridal boutiques that day, I was fairly downtrodden. The experiences in the other stores left MUCH to be desired. That said, I was gearing up for another let-down and was overwhelmed by just the opposite. From the undivided attention we received to the champagne to celebrate our selection, the experience was what every little girl dreams of when she daydreams about wedding dress shopping and I simply can't thank you all enough.
Stefanie Sager was my bridal consultant and to say she was extraordinary, is simply an understatement. She helped me select my stunning Rivini gown, making not just me, but my mom and best friend feel like we were the most important people in town. She was so patient with me as I stalled (not wanting to take the dress off!) and promised me visitation rights until my gown came in--she didn't know what she was promising!!! Over the course of the next 12 months, I must have visited that floor sample 20 times, dragging every friend and family member in to see it. Never once did she balk and ALWAYS greeted me with open arms and limitless enthusiasm. When it came time for my fittings, she was attentive to the nines, often calling to make sure that I was happy after I had left the store. Her delightful demeanor, patience, and excitement for me truly MADE my gown buying experience. Not only that, but she also went above and beyond in other ways. Upon learning that I received an award for teaching, she called to congratulate me, which was COMPLETELY unnecessary but SO appreciated. To know that the person who helped me find the most important gown of my life took an interest in me was beyond amazing. I was actually bummed on my last visit to the store, knowing that I wouldn't be visiting any longer!
My wedding day was an absolute dream come true and that is largely in part due to my utter confidence in the gown I wore. Not only did Stefanie help me find a gown that I adored, her attention to detail ensured that it fit brilliantly. The pictures truly speak for themselves and when I get digital copies, I will send them along. I can't say enough about the staff and level of service at your Winter Park store. I have shared my experience with all of my bachelorette girlfriends and have already started planning for a vow renewal which would allow me another fabulous gown!! ;0)

While visiting my Mom in FL, she wanted to schedule an appt to try on wedding dresses since I'm recently engaged. We originally scheduled an appt at Collections for 11am . We weren't greeted right away and there were already two other brides-to-be taking over the store. What's more is that there was a Mom and crying baby splayed all over the front area -- not the atmosphere we were expecting. While I did find some nice dresses Lazaro, Waters and Waters, etc), I had so many 'buts' about each.
Next we went to lunch and I looked for another dress shop. When I called, they were able to schedule me in for the next half hour and I suppose I wasn't expecting much.
Immediately when we got to Solutions Bridal, we were pleased! The windows had beautiful dresses and we walked in to an expansive room of soft lighting, mahogany wood floors, and dresses tastefully separated.
We were greeted immediately and asked for something to drink. My consultant, Jennifer, was so sweet and asked me questions regarding the style of dress I was looking for. She even asked if I had tried something 'out of the box' for me in the trumpet style, which I hadn't, but was willing to do. After finding about 5 dresses to try, she got my room set up in the back and my Mom and her fiancé were able to relax in the large room and wait for me.
Jennifer was so kind and professional and helped me into all my dresses and even selected a nice pair of heels to go with the dresses for trying on. She was honest in her opinions and told me what designers ran big and small and how sizing worked. She offered info on timelines for when to order the dress and when to begin the fittings (all of which I didn't know for sure). Jennifer also indulged me and kept showing what bustles would look like as I didn't want a long train. She asked if I'd be wearing a veil and I really didn't think I would, but she gently encouraged me to just try a very simple one. I did. My Mom began to cry at the finishing touch of this simple fabric.
I felt like the experience at Solutions Bridal is precisely what I had envisioned for trying on wedding gowns . I feel extremely fortunate to have happened upon it and also to have had Jennifer as my consultant. They really personalize the experience and are patient in allowing repeat trying on. Jennifer even encouraged me to walk down an 'aisle' to get the feeling of how the dress moved and what it looked like far away and up close. She also asked where I was getting married (a vineyard) and helped characterize what type of dress would be best for that occasion.
While we discussed prices, we sipped (white) wine and chatted easily. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever, but I do believe I found the gown of my dreams.
I cannot say enough of Solutions Bridal. I'd fly to FL any day to go to this bridal shop!
