Please contact Solutions Bridal to discuss payment options. Once you have determined your size with a stylist and have processed a payment via phone or email please complete the following and submit. Once all bridesmaids in your party have completed this step, the order will be placed.

Basic Information

If you are over 5'7" you might need extra length. Please consult with your stylist. The designer will add five inches to the gown for extra length.

If you would like your gown shipped, it is $35.00 per location.




All special orders require a 60% deposit. Deposits are only refundable within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation of a special order bridal gown within 24 hours of purchase will incur a fee of $250.00. Cancellation of special order on bridesmaid dresses, bridal veils, shoes, head pieces or any other accessories within 24 hours of purchase will incur a fee of $50.00. Any special order cancellations after 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit and the full balance will be due upon receipt of the order in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Special order payments cannot be transferred to any other purchases. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on special orders.

Dresses are NOT made to the customer's measurements and alterations are normally REQUIRED. Consultants SUGGEST sizes based upon manufacturer size charts and measurements provided. THE SIZE CHOSEN IS YOUR DECISION. Please only submit this form if you have chosen a size.

The customer will assume full responsibility for the size chosen. Additional charges will apply for rush cuts, women's sizing and extra length and the amount will vary with each manufacturer. Please be advised that dye lots may differ from original sample gowns and/or swatch cards. Solutions Bridal is not responsible for manufacturer's dye lot variation, as they may vary.

Bridesmaid orders are placed when the ENTIRE bridal party has been sized and a 60% deposit has been placed on each dress. Any variation from this procedure may result in noticeable different dye lots. Any changes made (size, color, style, manufacturer, etc.) must have written confirmation from Solutions Bridal and cannot be made after the order has been placed with a manufacturer. Dye lots may vary slightly from swatch cards. Manufacturers will not guarantee dye lots when ordering different gown styles. Ship dates are an approximation and are NOT GUARANTEED by the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for dye lot variations or manufacturer delays beyond our control.

The bride will be notified when merchandise arrives. It is the bride's responsibility to notify her bridesmaids. Special order merchandise must be PAID IN FULL WITHIN 14 DAYS (not excluding weekends and holidays) after EACH ITEM is received in the salon. If a special order item arrives earlier than the estimated arrival date, the balance is still DUE WITHIN 14 DAYS (not excluding weekends and holidays). In any case that a member of the bridal party cannot or will not pay a balance, it then becomes the bride's responsibility to pay the remainder of the outstanding balance. A LATE FEE OF $75.00 WILL BE ASSESSED ON DAY 15 AND $1.00 PER DAY THEREAFTER. Final payments on merchandise can be made with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or cash. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR FINAL PAYMENT. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed on any returned checks.

Stock merchandise is sold as-is and is considered a FINAL SALE. We do not clean stock merchandise. Stock merchandise payments cannot be transferred to any other purchases. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on stock merchandise. Balances on stock merchandise must be paid in full within 30 days (not excluding weekends and holidays) after the date of purchase. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed on day 31 and $1.00 per day thereafter. Final payments on stock merchandise can be made with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or cash. No checks will be accepted for final payment.

Alterations are NOT included, nor are they done by any employee of Solutions Bridal. Any alterations completed will be done at the expense of the customer.

Merchandise can be shipped for a shipping and handling fee of $120.00 for a bridal gown, $35.00 for a bridesmaid gown and $20.00 for accessories. All merchandise is shipped UPS or DHL ground and must be paid in full prior to chipping. Merchandise will ONLY be shipped using Solutions Bridal's UPS or DHL account. NO personal shipping accounts will be used. All merchandise must be picked up from the salon within 30 days. is includes bridal gowns. Merchandise left unclaimed after 30 days of the scheduled wear date will become the property of Solutions Bridal and all monies paid shall be forfeited. The customer has 30 days to re-claim preserved merchandise once it is received from The Wedding Gown Preservation Company. Solutions Bridal is not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise throughout the preservation process.

Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action brought to enforce this agreement shall lie in state court in Alachua County, Florida. In any such action, Solutions Bridal shall be entitled to recover its reasonable other right or remedy which Solutions Bridal may have with respect to such breach. Prices and policies are subject to change.
