If you are over 5'7" you might need extra length. Please consult with your stylist. The designer will add five inches to the gown for extra length.
If you would like your gown shipped, it is $35.00 per location.
ORDERING: All orders require a 60% deposit. Any cancellations will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit and the full balance will be due upon receipt of the order in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Payments cannot be transferred to any other purchase or customer. Order will ONLY be placed after a 60% deposit has been made and a signed agreement submitted. Bridesmaid party orders will be placed ONLY when the ENTIRE party has chosen a size, placed 60% deposit, and agreements have been signed. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on orders.
SIZING: Dresses are NOT made to the customer's measurements and alterations are normally REQUIRED. Stylists SUGGEST sizes based upon manufacturer size charts and measurements provided. THE SIZE CHOSEN IS YOUR DECISION AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Additional charges will apply for rush cuts, women's sizing and extra length and the amount will vary with each manufacturer. For any client over 5'7" extra length is recommended. If your gown requires a hollow to hem measurement, it is an approximation and could still require a minor hem from a seamstress depending on clients length preference.
DYELOTS: Please be advised that dye lots, texture, and size may differ from original sample gowns and or swatch cards. Solutions Bridal is not responsible for the variations., as they may occur. Manufacturers will not guarantee dye lots when ordering different gown styles.
ALTERATIONS: The cost of Alterations are NOT included, nor are they done by any employee of Solutions Bridal. Any alterations completed will be done at the expense of the customer. To preserve the material, pressing and steaming will need to be done at the end of alterations by a seamstress.
STOCK MERCHANDISE: Any item purchased out of stock is sold as-is and is considered a FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on stock merchandise. We do not clean stock merchandise prior to purchase. Stock merchandise payments cannot be transferred to any other purchases. Balances on stock merchandise must be paid in full within 15 days (not excluding weekends and holidays) after the date of purchase. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed on day 31 and $1.00 per day thereafter. Final payments on stock merchandise can be made with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover or cash. No checks will be accepted for final payment.
ARRIVAL OF MERCHANDISE: All ship dates are approximate and are NOT GUARANTEED by the manufacturer or Solutions Bridal. The bride will be notified when merchandise arrives. It is her responsibility to notify her bridesmaids. All merchandise must be PAID IN FULL within 10 days after the arrival of EACH ITEM in the salon. In the event that merchandise arrives prior to it's estimated ship date, the balance is still DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS. In any case that a member of the bridal party cannot or will not pay a balance, it then becomes the responsibility of the bride to pay the remaining balance. A LATE FEE OF $75.00 WILL BE ASSESSED ON DAY 11 AND $1.00 PER DAY THEREAFTER. Final payments on merchandise can be made with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover or cash. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR FINAL PAYMENT. A fee of $40.00 will be assessed on any returned checks. Balances must be paid in full prior to alterations or merchandise leaving the store. All bridesmaid dresses must be picked up from salon within 14 days. All other merchandise must be picked up from the salon within 30 days from arrival, including bridal gowns. Merchandise left unclaimed after 30 days of the scheduled wear date will become the property of Solutions Bridal and all monies paid shall be forfeited.
PRESERVATION: The customer has 30 days to re-claim preserved merchandise once it is received from The Wedding Gown Preservation Company. Solutions bridal is not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise throughout the preservation process.
SHIPPING: Merchandise can be shipped for a shipping and handling fee of $120.00 for a bridal gown, $35.00 for a bridesmaid gown and $20.00 for accessories. All merchandise is shipped with Solutions Bridal UPS account and must be paid in full prior to shipping. NO personal shipping accounts will be used.
Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action brought to enforce this agreement shall lie in state court in Alachua County, Florida. In any such action, Solutions Bridal shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees incurred. The foregoing, however, shall not be deemed to waive or to limit in any respect any other right or remedy which Solutions Bridal may have with respect to such breach.
