Ready to submit your alteration request?
We do have an in-house seamstress, Lorena Barazza, who works on our premises. She is a separate company and still a separate cost, but the Solutions Bridal team is a part of that process with you. We get to advocate for our brides throughout the fitting. Please note that alterations are never included in the cost of your dress.
No, we gladly do alterations for dresses purchased at other bridal salons. Additionally we can also alter bridesmaids dresses, quinceaneras, mother of the bride gowns or any other formal wear.
Absolutely! Even when a dress is made to measure, every bride will need some sort of alterations. When you choose your dress, your stylist will assist you in selecting the best size for you to help minimize the alterations needed.
Yes, our seamstress is only available Monday, Tuesday and some Saturday’s of the month, because of this her calendar fills up pretty quickly. We recommend scheduling fittings at least two weeks in advance.
Because of the nature of wedding gowns we can not give an exact cost on alterations. All pricing is set by our seamstress and is based on the scope of work. Prices will start at $550.
We schedule your first fitting two months prior to your wedding date. On special occasions we can do a quick turn around if needed, however a $150 rush fee will apply.
The most important item to bring with you is your shoes, as we need to determine the best hemline length for your gown. You may also want to bring undergarments that you intend to wear, but if you don’t have those, our seamstress can also assist you in selecting the best ones for your gown.
The typical bride will have 3 fittings, however if customizations or modifications to the overall dress are being done, it could take up to 4 fittings.
Our seamstress requires full payment at your first fitting in order to begin work on your gown.
