JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring for an exceptional Full or Part-Time Bridal Stylist to join our passionate team at Solutions Bridal. As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding brides through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Personalized Consultations: Delight brides with personalized consultations, understanding their unique style, preferences, and wedding vision.
• Expert Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance on dress selection, taking into account factors such as theme and venue.
• Styling Expertise: Utilize your keen eye for detail and fashion sense to assist brides in accessorizing and completing their bridal look.
• Exceptional Service: Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring that each bride feels valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
• Fittings and Alterations: Assist with dress fittings and alterations, ensuring that each gown fits the bride perfectly for her special day.
• Salon Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our brides.

REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the bridal or fashion industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Passion for Bridal Fashion: A genuine passion for bridal fashion and trends, coupled with a desire to stay updated on the latest styles and designers.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with brides on a personal level.
• Availability: Able to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as these are our busiest days.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to dress styling and presentation.
